At Casa Flores Casitas, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Casa Flores Casitas may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance. We are a small business and have strict cancellation policies.
Regarding cancellation of CASA FLORES CASITAS reservations:
Guests who book via an OTA (expedia or booking.com and other affiliates) and not directly with CASA FLORES CASITAS or on thru their website will be charged the entire amount of the booking if not canceled within the parameters of their booking-flexible/ non-refundable.
If for any reason a guest, is not able to, or chooses not to complete their stay, the booking is non-transferable to any other party. Guests who choose not to complete their stay forfeit all monies put forth for the deposit and any other monies charged according to the cancellation policy.
Rate Cancellation Policies
Refundable 100% within 10 days . After 1 week no credit refunding but can rebook and use credit at a later time.
BOOKING POLICIES
The full amount of the guest’s nightly or package rate will be charged at the time of booking.
DAMAGE
To avoid unnecessarily inconveniencing our customers, CASA FLORES CASITAS will not collect an upfront security deposit unless otherwise noted at the time of booking. However, CASA FLORES CASITAS reserves the right to charge the customer for any damages or excessive cleaning required as a result of guest behavior.
Such damages include: stains from blood, alcohol, makeup and/or other permanent products; broken, burnt or torn furniture; missing furniture; broken, burnt or damaged tiles, glass, wall paint or wood; Theft or damage from guests failing to properly lock the front gate and/or their rooms.
In the case that such damage occurs, the customer will be charged a $50 USD penalty plus the cost of whatever materials are required to repair the damage.
SMOKING
CASA FLORES CASITAS is a NON SMOKING environment, where smoking is prohibited in the rooms
PERSONAL LIABILITY
CASA FLORES CASITAS will not be liable for missing, lost or allegedly stolen items during a guests stay. CASA FLORES CASITAS will happily hold valuables in the office safe, should the guest wish to leave them behind.
CASA FLORES CASITAS require guests to stay at their own risk and will not be liable for injuries or accidents during the time of a guests stay.
KEYS
Guests will be given 1 key upon arrival, lost or misplaced keys will result in a $50 replacement charge.
